NOTE: The miRNA expression profile was determined using a 470 miRNA array method (Agilent Technology). Using ANOVA with FDR < 0.1 and greater than 2-fold change of expression as selection criteria, 23 miRNAs were found to be significantly differentially expressed between normal and cancer cells.
