NOTE: Female A/J mice (12 mice/group) were fed 40 mg rexinoid/kg diet for 16 weeks. At the end of the experiment, liver and plasma were collected and analyzed by LC-MS for drug levels (A), and cholesterol, HDL, LDL/VLDL (B) and TG (free glycerol, total TG and true TG; C) were also measured. The concentrations represent the mean ± SEM.
