  • NOTE: Female A/J mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.32 mg vinyl carbamate and were randomized into either control group fed AIN-93G diet or treatment groups fed I-BET 762 in the diet, starting one week after initiation with vinyl carbamate. After 16 weeks of treatment, lungs were harvested. The tumor number, size, and histopathology were assessed in a blinded fashion by two independent investigators. Results are presented as mean ± SEM.
